We look forward to serving with you on Saturday 3/26, with InCommunity in Cartersville, GA!
The game plan is to start the day by getting to SERVE at the InCommunity “Jared House”. When we’re finished, we’ll head to Cartersville CC where we’ll be able to clean up, change into our golf gear, grab lunch and then TEE it up for 9 Holes of Purpose Driven Golf! Below are the locations and details for the day:
SERVE with InCommunity
Time: 9:30a - 12:30p
Address: 245 Douthit Ferry Rd, Cartersville, GA 30120
*You can park in the driveway as there is no street parking
What to Bring: Work gloves, waters and snacks will be provided. Feel free to bring your own as well.
What We’re Doing: The plan for the morning is to spray down the house and wash all the windows to get rid of the bugs/spider webs. The residents and staff asked for the windows specifically so that they can open them and enjoy the spring weather! We will also replace a few broken stepping stones in the walkway from the parking area to the back door and widen the pathway. Attached is photo of the house from the road.
LUNCH & TEE @ Cartersville Country Club
Time: Immediately after we finish serving
Address: 1310 Joe Frank Harris Pkwy SE, Cartersville, GA 30120
Notes: CCC is about 12 mins away from the house. We’ll head there, clean up, change into golf gear, grab lunch and then tee it up. CCC has graciously offered to donate lunch for our group. My estimate is that we’ll be teeing off between 2-2:30pm.
