We're transforming the typical golf trip to usher in new purpose driven experience.
Instead of the routine of post-golf dinners and excessive drinks, where time together often revolves around superficial discussions about boardrooms, ball games, and bank accounts, consider this perspective.
How many times have you spent 4 hours on the golf course, and even more during golf trips with your 'golf buddies,' only to realize you haven't really learned anything new about each other?
As you finish your rounds of golf, have you ever paused to reflect, asking yourself, "What did I discover about my playing partners today? What did they learn about me? What's happening in their lives, and how can I offer encouragement or support?" It's quite eye-opening when you take a moment to think about it!
What if you could turn your time spent with other golfers into a more enriching experience? What if you intentionally spent time getting to learn more about one another and yourself? Time spent encouraging others and being encouraged?
We believe everybody seeks a sense of purpose and belonging in life. Too often, we stay on the surface, never intentionally diving deeper with ourselves or others. However, if we gather the courage to shed the 'I'm doing fine' masks we all wear, we might be pleasantly surprised to discover that many of us share similar experiences navigating life's highs and lows.
This is why we intentionally design our PDG Retreats tofoster connections among golfers. By infusing purpose into the process, you can forge more meaningful connections both on and off the course.
We'll guide you on how to 'Play with a Purpose' andput the 'Why' behind your rounds of golf. Your golfing experiences offer opportunities to play various roles—from competitor and leader to coach and friend. We help you develop a pre-round plan to maximize your time with others on the golf course. Additionally, we draw parallels between the game of golf, faith, life, and living a life WELL played. You'll also have the chance to assess your 'Life Scorecard.' This unique approach helps you reflect on your life, understand your story, share it with others, and gain insights on how to progress from where you are to where you want to be. All of this is purposefully designed to deepen your understanding of who you truly are, who you were created to be, and to inspire you to become a better servant leader at home, at work, and in your community.
